    • 4:00-5:00--Middle/High Schoolers
    • 5:00-5:30--6 and under age group
    • 5:00-5:45--7/8 and 9/10 age groups (*5th graders who are 11 can come to this practice and then swim with the 11/12 age group once we move to morning practices.)
